Summary
Amazon, Globalstar, and several other non-geostationary satellite (NGSO) operators have launched a new trade association called SpaceConnect to represent their growing market. Notably, SpaceX — which operates by far the largest NGSO constellation with its Starlink network — is not a member. The association is based in Washington, D.C., and aims to advocate for regulatory and policy interests of the NGSO satellite industry.
