New Nationality Law: the decree on loss of nationality in Portugal rejected

On 3 July, Parliament rejected, by a large majority, the confirmation of the decree requested by Chega to create the accessory penalty of loss of nationality, a decree that had previously been considered unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court and later vetoed by the President of the Republic.
