From the article

For 21 years, the National Parks Traveler has taken you around the National Park System and kept you informed on how the National Park Service and Congress have managed your national parks. We’ve gone underground to describe for you the wonders of Wind Cave, Jewel Cave and Mammoth Cave, hiked into cypress domes at Everglades National Park to marvel at the park’s flora and fauna, and bucked the rapids of the Colorado and Green Rivers through Canyonlands National Park and Dinosaur National Monument. We’ve also followed the political and governmental contortions that have impacted the parks, along with the hurricanes, wildfires, floods, and climate change. In short, the Traveler has worked to be your window into all things national parks, serving both as your daily parks newspaper and feature-length magazine. This is our last episode. To look back at 21 years of Traveler, Kurt Repanshek invited Associate Editor Rita Beamish and Contributing Editor Kim O’Connell to join him for a conversation. 0:02 National Parks Traveler introduction 0:12 Episode Intro with Kurt Repanshek 4:46 Schoodic - Nature’s Symphony - The Sounds of Acadia 5:01 Friends of Acadia 5:27 Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation 5:48 Friends Alliance 6:19 Grand Canyon Conservancy 6:42 Washington National Park Foundation 7:06 Episode 379 - See You in the Parks! 44:35 Episode Closing 44:39 Kenai Fjords - Various Artists - The Spirit of Alaska 46:29 Orange Tree Productions 47:01 Splitbeard Productions 47:13 National Parks Traveler footer Everglades National Park National Parks Traveler Podcast
