Morocco's Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication has launched construction of the International Cinema City, a major new film production hub in Ouarzazate. The 24-acre facility, located at the main entrance of the city with direct access to National Road 9 and Mohammed V Avenue, broke ground on June 27.
