Mondo's SDCC 2026 Masters of the Universe Reveals Hit the 200X Era with Keldor and Panthor

Mondo has unveiled its next limited-edition Masters of the Universe figure, inspired by the 2002 animated series. The collectibles company will offer a 1/12-scale Keldor figure and a 1/6-scale flocked Panthor as San Diego Comic-Con 2026 exclusives, with preorders opening online on Wednesday, July 22 at 10 AM CT on MondoShop.com and at the Mondo booth in Hall G, 5137.

"Long before he became known as Skeletor, Keldor was the most infamous, and good-looking, villain on Eternia," GameSpot reported in its exclusive reveal. The Keldor set includes his iconic weapons, a fabric cape, a vial of acid, swappable portraits and hands, and a detailed environmental base. Mondo noted that the first 1500 units purchased will ship in October 2026, with all following purchases shipping in February 2027.

Bleeding Cool described the 1/6-scale Panthor as continuing a premium line, but noted that Mondo's announcement focused on Keldor as "the tragic pre-Skeletor character." The Panthor figure features flocked faux fur, adding a tactile element to Skeletor's savage companion. Toy Habits confirmed that the full preorder information for both items surfaced on Mondo's site, giving collectors a clear timetable.

The 200X-inspired designs mark a shift from Mondo's previous 1/6-scale MOTU offerings, bringing the detailed aesthetic of that line to a smaller format.
