Meta Introduces Neural Band Technology for Ray-Ban Smart Glasses Control

Meta has introduced new Ray-Ban smart glasses featuring an in-lens display and a Meta Neural Band wristband, as reported by Product Hunt. The wristband uses EMG technology to read neural signals between the brain and hand, enabling silent hand gesture control of the glasses. Dezeen noted that the glasses combine AI and augmented reality, with a heads-up display overlaying information like messages and video calls, and that Meta previously previewed the wristband technology in a Nature paper.
