A man was found fatally shot inside a home Sunday afternoon in Austin on the West Side.
A 31-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to his chest around 2:15 p.m. inside the home in the 600 block of North Latrobe Avenue, Chicago police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later died, police said.
Area 4 detectives were investigating.
