MacPro5,1 (2012) issues with installing OS X Mavericks

I recently got a 2012 Mac Pro off FB marketplace , the seller mentioned he upgraded the CPU’s , RAM (96GB) and GPU (NVIDIA GeForce GT 730). I tried to install Mavericks via a bootable USB (using Wowfunhappy’s website), and the OS loaded for a bit, froze, and then restarted. Would this be a GPU problem ? since whilst the GPU did support Mavericks and even Mountain Lion , it needed a driver to be installed , so if it is the GPU’s case , is there a seperate install file with the drivers...
