Louisiana man arrested for sex offenses against minors in Bossier Parish
David Mercer, 72, was arrested in Folsom, Louisiana for allegedly committing 90 counts of Forceable Fondling Molestation of a Juvenile between 1989 and 1995, and his bond has been set at $2.5 million.
