Summary

A 35-year-old Black woman of Hispanic ethnicity presented 4 months postpartum with hyperpigmented lines on her lower extremities that developed during the third trimester of pregnancy. The lesions were symmetrically distributed, well-demarcated, non-pruritic, and non-painful, extending from the buttocks to the lower extremities. They lightened slightly after delivery. The patient had a history of hypertension, obesity, and headaches, but no history of dermatologic conditions or linea nigra. Physical examination was otherwise unremarkable.
