Full disclosure: I don't use AI agents (on purpose anyway) but probably making sure that platforms can't discriminate against one's AI agent isn't a bad idea. OTOH, is legislation for privacy, security and market fairness protections of the humans just a foregone conclusion? At this rate, my AI agent is going to have more rights than I do online soon.
