This paper reports on the ongoing effort to provide models for Lean-Green integration in production systems. Lean-Green is a concept that associates value aggregation with operational and environmental efficiency, translating the idea of "creating more with less" to reduce ecological impacts and resource intensity. The study provides a comparative analysis of the few existing Lean-Green models identified in the literature (published from 2012 onward), noting a narrow breadth of dissemination. The fundamental goal of these models is to improve system productivity while reducing environmental impacts. Key findings indicate that integrating Lean-Green initiatives constitutes a valuable approach to sustain and endure greener industrial activity, with the most frequently used KPIs acknowledged in the analysis.
