Hyperscale Data has signed a 20MW capacity agreement with an undisclosed neocloud customer at its Michigan data center campus. The initial contract term is 10 years with two five-year extension options, potentially valued at around $1.2 billion if run to its maximum term, and could reach $3 billion if the customer scales up to 52MW.
