You've been making burgers wrong. Not because of the seasoning or bun, but how you cook the patty. After trying the Anti-Smash Burger, you'll never have another flimsy Smash Burger again. INGREDIENTS Burgers: Ground beef Cheese slices Brioche buns Pickles White onion Lawry's Seasoned Salt Penzy's Chicago Steaking Seasoning Sauce: 3/4 cup of mayo 1/3 cup ketchup 1/4 tbsp mustard 1/2 tbsp pickle juice 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder DIRECTIONS Thinly slice onions. Mix ground beef with Lawry’s & Chicago Steak Seasoning. Form into 5 oz burger balls & lightly flatten. Grill patties. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. When burgers are 3/4 cooked, top with onions & cheese. Toast brioche buns on the grill. Assemble burgers with sauce, patties, and extra pickles. Enjoy while your Grillbot handles cleanup.
