Hollaway Studio has designed Westview Cottage, a monochrome home in Dungeness, Kent — Britain's only desert and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The low-lying house uses a palette of wood and metal and was required to closely follow the footprint and mass of the dilapidated building that previously stood on the site, due to strict development limitations in the protected area.
