The long-dormant stoner comedy franchise is stirring back to life. Producer Greg Shapiro confirmed at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival that a fourth "Harold & Kumar" film is in development, with the screenplay currently being written. Variety reported that key cast members John Cho and Kal Penn are returning, along with the original writers.
