Done Global Founder Sentenced to 6 Years for $90M Adderall Distribution Scheme Involving 37 Million Pills

Ruthia He, founder and former CEO of Done Global Inc., a California-based digital mental health company, was sentenced to six years in prison and fined $1 million for orchestrating a $90 million scheme that unlawfully distributed over 37 million pills of Adderall through the company's telehealth platform. The scheme also defrauded insurers of over $12 million. He spent over $40 million on social media ads to deceive patients into believing they had attention deficit disorders. The clinical president of the company was also sentenced to 24 months. The case represents one of the largest telehealth fraud prosecutions related to controlled substance distribution.
