How you’ll make an impact The success candidate will be the part of an International Design and Engineering Team specialized in Power Transformer design covering different countries. Influence specification at the tender and pre-tender stage, through conceptual discussions. Responsible to prepare electrical design Quotation/Order Design meeting factory limitation, guideline, and checklist as per IEEE / IEC /IS standards as per project schedule. Responsible for Preparation of Customer documents, Manufacturing documents, Bill of materials etc. as per project schedule. Coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network. Participation in internal design concept reviews. Demonstrated team building skills and networking skills, would be a preference. Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background B.E / B. Tech Electrical Engineering. 0 to 1 year of experience working in Electrical design for Distribution/Dry Transformers manufacturing Industry. Understanding of Transformer Electrical Design, Thermal, Dielectrics, Short circuit and sound performance and transformer mechanics. Should have good understanding of IS/ IEC /IEEE Standards/ Canadian Standards. Experience in Simulation or software development would be advantageous. Experience on Microsoft office and tools. Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world. Demonstrated team building skills, would be a preference. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
