Eastern Kentucky judge orders Jim Justice coal company to pay millions in lawsuit

Jay Justice, the son of U.S. Sen. Jim Justice, and associate Stephen Ball, who represent Kentucky Fuel Corp., have been ordered to pay up in a case that's stretched more than a decade.
