Don't blame Sanatan Dharma for Ram Mandir theft case, punish the guilty: Anupam Kher
From the article
New Delhi: Bollywood actor Anupam Kher on Wednesday urged people not to link the alleged Ram Mandir donation theft case with Sanatan Dharma or Lord Ram, saying those responsible should be identified and punished, but the faith itself must not be blamed. Reacting to the controversy surrounding the alleged diversion of donations at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, Kher said an isolated criminal act should not be allowed to tarnish a civilisation and faith that has existed for centuries. "If a theft takes place in a house, people do not blame the house itself. Similarly, Sanatan Dharma and Lord Ram have existed since ancient times, across the ages. We should not allow one such incident to tarnish them. Those responsible for committing such an act must certainly be identified and punished, but neither Sanatan Dharma nor Lord Ram should be blamed for it," Kher said. Also Read
