Des Moines Metro Opera’s 2027 Festival Season has been announced. First up is a new production of Offenbach’s “The Tales of Hoffman” starring Oreste Cosimo in the title role. Lydia Katarina and Barnaby Rea are among the cast. Lisa Hasson is the chorus director. Chas Rader-Shieber is the stage director and David Neely conducts.
