Count Binface announces by-election run against Nigel Farage in Clacton
Count Binface (Jonathan Harvey), a serial election candidate known for dressing as a bin, has announced he will stand in a by-election against Nigel Farage after Farage quit his Clacton constituency. While major parties (Labour, Conservatives, Liberal Democrats) have declined to field candidates, Binface has stepped forward with a humorous platform including affordable housing, nationalising Adele, and bringing back Ceefax.
