Coroner raises alarm over mental health gaps at HMP Haverigg after prisoner's death
A Cumbria coroner has written to NHS England warning that the lack of weekend mental health provision at HMP Haverigg may put prisoners at risk, following the death of Nigel Keenan in March 2025.
