Corero Network Security has announced a strategic partnership with ITcare, a managed services and network engineering company, to distribute Corero's SmartWall ONE DDoS protection platform. The partnership aims to deliver real-time, always-on DDoS detection and mitigation to enterprises, service providers, and critical infrastructure organizations. SmartWall ONE offers an alternative to traditional traffic-diversion methods by performing line-rate packet inspection across Layers 3-7, with flexible deployment options including inline, out-of-band, virtualized, on-premises, hybrid cloud, and service provider environments. ITcare will provide deployment, optimization, and ongoing support services alongside the technology.
