Cebu City implements truck ban to alleviate traffic for BINI ‘Signals’ concert

The city of Cebu is imposing a temporary truck ban along the Cebu South Coastal Road on Saturday as Nation’s Girl Group, BINI, holds its “Signals” concert at the SM Seaside Arena.
