Captain Marvel: By Any Other Name

Really just a curiosity question regarding Billy Batson. He's the longtime Captain Marvel I mean Shazam I mean Captain Marvel I mean the Captain I mean... The question is: do most of you still think of him as Captain Marvel? When you read him being called something else, do you mentally translate it to Captain Marvel? Finally, the most important question. Did he say, "You're the best, Captain Marvel" or did he say, "You're the best Captain Marvel"?
