Summary

Anthropic has signed a massive 20-year, $19 billion lease for data center capacity at TeraWulf's Justified Data campus in Kentucky. The campus, being developed on a former aluminum processing site, will have up to 401MW of IT capacity, with initial capacity coming online in the second half of 2027 and full operations by early 2028.
