An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up!

While near-normal high temperatures are expected this afternoon (around 108°), the Coachella Valley will be under an Extreme Heat Warning on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday when those peak numbers reach the one-teens.Valley highs will back-off slightly on Friday, followed by possible changes this weekend.Although confidence is low, there are a couple of weather computer models which suggest increased humidity on Sunday under mostly cloudy skies with slightly below-normal temperatures.
