On 27 May 2026, the State Administration for Market Regulation of China (“SAMR”) imposed an administrative penalty (Guo Shi Jian Chu Zi [2026] No. 26)(“Penalty Decision”) on Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (“Luxshare”) for illegally implementing a concentration of undertakings in its acquisition of part of the business of Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd.
