AMD Adds Gamma 2.4 and 2.6 Curve Support to Open-Source Linux Graphics Driver

AMD has released Linux kernel patches exposing Gamma 2.4 and Gamma 2.6 curve support for their AMDGPU driver, following interest expressed at the Display Next Hackfest 2026 in France. This is the latest in a series of display-related improvements for AMD's open-source Linux graphics driver, alongside the ongoing rollout of HDMI 2.1 support.
