London Mining defendants denied legal costs despite misconduct claims

A London court has denied a request to make the Serious Fraud Office foot the legal bills of three mining industry executives who were acquitted of bribing officials in Sierra Leone. The trio had accused the agency of serious misconduct during the probe.
