We have one of the world’s youngest populations and one of the highest youth unemployment rates. Simultaneously, businesses report a severe skills shortage. But the skills shortage and youth unemployment are not separate issues; they’re dual symptoms of an economic system that reproduces inequality instead of creating opportunity.
