Santa Cruz County police arrest 65-year-old bank robbery suspect
Capitola investigators believe the suspect, 65-year-old Frank Medina, entered West Coast Community Bank and demanded money while wearing a white and gray bob-style wig before he fled the area with an undisclosed amount of currency. No weapon was displayed during the incident and no injuries were reported.
