I agree with many of the sentiments in this article, thank you for writing/publishing it. However, I feel I must acknowledge that many of these issues do not just apply to women returning to work after giving birth. Many of the issues raised here also apply to parents who have undertaken Shared Parental Leave (regardless of gender); to men, transmen and non-
