MacOS 26.5.1 is crappy, freezes the computer or always says run out of memory

Anyone else finding Mac IOS 26.5.1 is a piece of crap. Buggy freezes the machine. My OS X 10.6 runs better than this "Upgrade". Any ideas when it will be fixed?
