Holmewood church hall and 33-home apartment plan approved despite traffic concerns

Planning approval has been granted for a church hall and 33 apartment homes in Holmewood, with seven designated as affordable. The development, which will serve the Plymouth Brethren Christian group, received six letters of support but faced objections from the parish council and
