Historic US-Canada border library opens Quebec-only entrance after Trump administration restricts Canadian access

The Haskell Free Library and Opera House, a historic bi-national institution straddling the US-Canada border in Vermont/Quebec, has opened a new Canada-only entrance after the Trump administration restricted Canadians from using the original main entrance located on the US side.
