Italian Government Grants Preliminary Approval to AI Legislative Decrees

On 10 June 2026, the Italian Council of Ministers gave preliminary approval to two draft legislative decrees on artificial intelligence. The first draft covers national authority powers, supervision, sanctions, testing environments, training, and employment provisions. The second
