Summary
Richard Werstine, a fugitive for decades, has been arrested in Panama for the 1993 murder of Rodney Barner (stage name Rawn Beauty), the original frontman of the Detroit hardcore band Cold As Life. Barner was shot to death in his sleep at age 23.
