Soft in all the wrong places. Take with a strong tea.
Summary
A majority in the Dutch House of Representatives is demanding that the cabinet finally secure proper funding for education for children with severe multiple disabilities. Despite a motion passed nearly a year ago requesting a dedicated funding stream, schools still have to navigate complex bureaucracy and beg for money from municipalities and other funding bodies. GroenLinks-PvdA MP Lisa Westerveld, who introduced the motion, calls the lack of progress "scandalous" and plans to confront State Secretary Judith Tielen during a parliamentary debate.
