Aliança Catalana selects Jordi Aragonès as Barcelona mayoral candidate after Plan B fallback

Summary
Aliança Catalana, the Islamophobic party led by Sílvia Orriols, has announced Jordi Aragonès (born 1993, from Pineda de Mar) as its candidate for mayor of Barcelona. The party had to resort to a Plan B after offers to a more media-friendly figure (presumably publicist Lluís Carrasco) fell through. Aragonès presented his candidacy at El Born Centre Cultural with around 200 party militants. Orriols stated they don't need a media figure, defending the choice.
