Ruby Core Team Assumes Stewardship of RubyGems and Bundler
The Ruby core team, led by Matz, is taking over stewardship of RubyGems and Bundler from Ruby Central to provide long-term stability and continuity for the Ruby ecosystem. These essential tools have historically been developed outside the Ruby organization despite being bundled with Ruby as standard library components for many years.
