Ein Berliner Polizist, der nebenberuflich als AfD-Fraktionsvorsitzender in einer Brandenburger Gemeindevertretung tätig war, hat vor dem Verwaltungsgericht Berlin keinen Anspruch auf Einstellung in den gehobenen Dienst der Kriminalpolizei durchsetzen können.
