Stop taking notes in meetings (manually). This 2-minute Claude workflow does it for you: (even if you didn't write a single note) 1. Install Granola .ai. It's the simplest AI notetaker. 2. Join your call on Zoom, Teams, or Meet. 3. Granola runs in the background. 4. Don't take a single note. Just be present. 5. Meeting ends. Open Claude app (not browser). 6. Click "+" in the chatbox. Find Connectors. 7. Toggle on Granola, Gmail & Slack together. 8. Pick Opus 4.7 + Extended Thinking. 9. Paste this prompt: "Pull my last meeting from Granola. Summarize in 5 bullets. List every action item assigned to me, with deadlines. Flag the 2-5 blockers I might have." 10. Paste this prompt in the same chat: "Cross-check with my Gmail thread and Slack discussion on this deal." "Write follow-up emails based on everything you just read." "Save them as drafts in Gmail. Not in the chat. In Gmail." 11. Review. Hit send. Meeting → action items. By the way, to copy my (exact) prompts for this workflow: ♻️ Repost this so they finally stop taking notes.
