Summary
SCRIPTed is an open-access, online, international, interdisciplinary journal that publishes peer-reviewed articles, analysis pieces, case and legislation critiques, commentaries, reports, and book reviews on the intersection of law, society, and technologies. The journal is associated with SCRIPT, the Centre for Research in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at the University of Edinburgh School of Law, which was established in 2002 with support from the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
