Slightly gummy. The crust never quite set.
Summary
The Court of Appeal has ruled that the UK Home Secretary's ban on Palestine Action is lawful, overturning a previous High Court decision. The court found that the threats posed by the group, including its clandestine targeting of defence firms involved in UK national defence and support for Ukraine, were the most important factor in the decision. Baroness Carr stated the Home Secretary was best placed to judge the impact of those threats. The ban was challenged by Palestine Action supporter Ammori, who argued the Home Secretary had not followed internal rules and that the ban interfered with the right to protest.
