Summary
Janus Films is releasing a 4K restoration of Luchino Visconti's 1957 film "White Nights," an adaptation of Fyodor Dostoevsky's story set in the Tuscan city of Livorno instead of the original St. Petersburg location. Following a successful restoration of Visconti's "Conversation Piece" at New York's Film Forum, the theater will host this new restoration. IndieWire debuts the exclusive trailer for the re-release starting this July.
