Looking for 2 colour themes on a single website

I want to customise a website that is currently in dark mode, using colours like purpose/blue etc to have a light mode theme with specific colours I choose.
I have a block with custom HTML in it thats coloured with CSS and want the colour codes to change based on a flick of a button.
Edit: ignore the red boxes and arrows
