Japan Cuts 2026, North America's largest Japanese film festival, has announced its 19th edition lineup running July 8-18 at the Japan Society. The festival features Ishikawa Kei's "A Pale View of Hills" (adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro's debut novel) as centerpiece and Kore-eda Hirokazu's "Hirose Suzu-starring 'Sheep in the Box'" as the closing film after its Cannes world premiere.
