Summary
Olivia Burgos, 23, of La Porte, Indiana, pleaded not guilty to charges of making a false statement in the acquisition of a firearm. The gun she allegedly lied to buy was used in the April 25 shooting at Swedish Hospital in Chicago, which resulted in the death of Police Officer John Bartholomew and critical injury of his partner Nelson Crespo.
